Return Policy
Big Buddha will gladly authorize returns of UNUSED MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may request return authorization via Live Chat , email customerservice@bigbuddha.com or by calling 877-525-BUDDHA (877-525-2833).
We will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the merchandise back to us. You may give the package to the United States Post Office or any UPS location. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per item return fee that covers restocking and shipping back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. Merchandise purchased online must be returned to the website.
PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All clearance item purchases are final sale.
Big Buddha guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and was purchased from this website, please contact us via Live Chat, email customerservice@bigbuddha.com or by calling 877-525-BUDDHA (877-525-2833).
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you have there is no guarantee we will have the item you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and then call customer service at 877-525-BUDDHA (877-525-2833) to get return authorization and a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the item you wish to return back to us. When you call customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
