Where We Ship
United States (48 contiguous United States)
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is only $6.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 2-7 business days.
Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 for each item in the order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 5 business days.
Puerto Rico, Guam, Military and International Customers
We are very sorry but at this time we are only able to ship to physical addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
Shipping Procedures
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first UPS scan. The email will include the UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. If you have an account set up with us on bigbuddha.com, then you can check the status of your order anytime by clicking My Account . Once logged in go to 'order & item history' to check your order status. Please note, the account has to be set up before the order is placed for it to be visible.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order anytime in My Account. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.
To check the status of your order anytime:
1. Click My Account and sign in using your email address and password.
2. Then click on 'Order & Item Details', click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from UPS.
Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
• Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
• Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
